Program

Cele szkolenia:

       1.    Umożliwienie stosowania słownictwa branżowego na co dzień
       2.    Zapewnienie swobodnej komunikacji pomiędzy pracownikami a klientami         i/lub dostawcami zagranicznymi

 3.    Zapoznanie z etykietą obowiązującą w krajach anglojęzycznych

       4.    Zwiększenie autonomii w pracy
       5.    Umożliwienie samodzielnego przygotowywania i tłumaczenia pism: umów,  oświadczeń, pełnomocnictw, ofert handlowych i innych.
       6.    Przygotowanie do egzaminu LCCI (egzamin Londyńskiej Izby Przemysłowo-Handlowej)  

Egzamin LCCI:

Szkolenie obejmujące 60 spotkań pokrywa zakres wiedzy i umiejętności przygotowujący do egzaminu LCCI na poziomie zaawansowania realizowanego programu.

Tim Tudor-Hart Senior Trainer Tim Tudor-Hart is a language trainer whose range of experience covers the facilitation of learning to members of the nursing, medicinal, secretarial, public relations, and sales communities, as well as many others. Skilled in various styles of training and versed to an expert level of competency in his own language, Tim values the level of insight that experience can give, and uses this to gauge the appropriate style to fit with each individual student, and applies this together with an imaginative approach to the process of training. These two factors, committed to the development of effective and practical English usage amongst his client base in skills such as telephoning, negotiating and giving presentations, and more, result in the ability of the trainee to use the language to express ideas and needs imaginatively and confidently, with increased accuracy and variety. With a diverse history of cultures and nationalities amongst his trainees, Tim respects the wide range of motivations people have for learning. For this reason he prefers to work for a training provider who deliver a training package that tailors a programme of training specifically to the individual’s needs, and does as much as possible to find the most engaging and suitable style for each student, making use of a flexibility which comes from repeated experience with diversity. Tim was educated at Bath Spa University College, England, and holds degree qualifications in English literature and Creative Studies. Agata Wszołek Senior Trainer Agata holds a MA degree from The Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź. She became known for her engaging, high-energy style, sense of humor, and ability to make training fun. With determination to offer something different, she applied that energy and desire to the task of helping others succeed. Her years of experience in training roduces a style of training that is highly focused on fun as it is focused on introducing relevant, immediately applicable content. Time and time again, participants in Agata’s trainings have found that the information learned has helped them both at work and home. Agata worked with a diverse client base, ranging from pharmaceutical companies to those in the real estate industry. Her clients include BLAU FARMA, Hilton Hotel, Gebo Technika, PEAB, Clarena, and Bre.locum. However, as an instructor, she specialises in delivering ESP trainings and is well-known for training practical skills that improve customer satisfaction. As a language trainer Agata puts the emphasis on combining communication skills with business language adjusted to clients’ needs. In order to do it successfully, she provides the training participants with activating training methods: role plays, case studies, video and cooking workshops, interactive and dynamic tasks.
